A MUSICAL JOURNEY

Term 4 always comes around too soon. I hope you all enjoyed the term break and are ready for the final term of 2022.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for doing your part to protect each other as we navigated life in COVID. Face masks have played a crucial role in keeping our communities safe – and we have seen some great colours and designs over the last few years! But nothing can beat face-to-face, mask-less interaction, and we can only do that when we are all well.

Please remember:

  • Whilst face masks are now no longer required to be worn during lessons, we respect and support anyone who wishes to continue wearing face masks for personal reasons.

  • Students who feel unwell and/or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms must stay home and take a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT). Skype lessons remain an option for students who wish to continue their music lessons at home. Please email musicschool@lewiseady.co.nz at least 4 hours before your lesson time to arrange this.

Thank you for choosing Lewis Eady Music School for your music journey. See you at your lesson!

PARTNER SCHOOL CONCERTS

Each year, Lewis Eady music students at partner schools are invited to perform in front of friends and whānau to celebrate and acknowledge their musical progress. After the last few years of cancellations, we are especially delighted and looking forward to seeing many students perform at their schools this term.

We will be guided by each school’s COVID / Health & Safety policies.

  • Students: Please discuss this with your tutor at your next lesson.

  • Parents/Caregivers: An email invitation will be sent to you up to two weeks before each concert date.

Any questions, please email musicschool@lewiseady.co.nz.
