FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. How do I pay for my lessons? Once your lessons have been scheduled, you will receive an invoice for the term's lessons. Lessons must be paid for in full before lessons start or within 7 days of the invoice date, whichever is the sooner. Future invoices will be emailed to you 7–10 days before each new school term. Please also check your junk mail folder!

  2. What happens if my child misses a lesson? We can provide a credit* to your account if your child misses a lesson due to a school activity (e.g. sports day, camp) - please email musicschool@lewiseady.co.nz with the name and date of the school activity. We cannot provide credits for absences that are not related to school activities (e.g. illness, a family holiday during term time). *Credits can only be applied to an account where the term fees have already been paid in full.

  3. I’ve been put on a ‘waitlist’ - what does this mean? This could be because there is either not enough demand for that particular instrument at the school to start lessons or not enough space to accommodate more music lessons. Our team will contact you as soon as circumstances change!
