LEWIS EADY PIANO TECHNICIAN SERVICES
Michael Ashby has joined the Lewis Eady team as our first full-time Steinway Piano Technician. Equipped with over 20 years of experience across the globe, Michael has worked with major venues and arts organisations in New Zealand, including the Wellington Town Hall, Michael Fowler Centre, New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, and many more. PIANO CONSULTANT | JAMES TU
Passionate about the Steinway & Sons brand (he's certainly in the right place!), James joined the Lewis Eady family in 2020. James was the Supreme Winner for the SGCNZ Shakespeare Music Composition Competition in high school and went on to complete his Master of Music degree in composition from the University of Auckland. He began his journey in the piano business in 2016 and has established his career around the "King of Instruments" since then. James is fluent in English and Mandarin and looks forward to guiding clients in making the right decision on their next piano.

NZ JUNIOR PIANO COMPETITION 2020
Date: 1 - 4 October 2020
(RESCHEDULED from 9 - 12 July)
Venue: Lewis Eady, 75 Great South Road, Auckland
The Lewis Eady Charitable Trust is dedicated to providing valuable performance opportunities to young pianists across New Zealand. We are working hard to make sure the NZ Junior Piano Competition will take place this year again. We will continue to keep a close eye on the Government guidelines. In the meantime, please take care and we look forward to seeing your students in the competition.
REVISED DATES:
• 22 July – Entry applications deadline
• 15 August – Advice of acceptance
• 1 September – Deadline for final repertoire & acceptance fee payment
• 1 - 4 October – NZ Junior Piano Competition
LEWIS EADY JUNIOR MUSIC CONTEST (LEJMC)
The LEJMC supports young musos of all musical levels and achievements to perform in public and gain valuable experience. We would love to see lots of primary and intermediate school children to join in the fun!
