FEES
Fees are charged on a 'per term' basis and must be paid prior to the first lesson of the term. Fees can be paid by regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments but must be paid in advance of each term.
Fees can be paid by internet banking, credit card, eftpos, or cash at our retail store or by posting your cheque to us.

Please include your Customer ID (you will find this on your invoice) and the name of student when making payment for your lessons.
We offer a 5% discount on your fees when there is more than one person in your family scheduled for music lessons. This discount also applies where a student has been scheduled for more than one lesson per week. If you are entitled to the discount your invoice will reflect it.
A late payment fee of $25 will be charged to overdue invoices and we will charge for the costs of recovery of any amount overdue if necessary.
GENERAL
Payment: Please do not give payment for your term fees to your tutor. Our tutors are not permitted to receive these payments.
Relieving tutors: We reserve the right to provide a relieving teacher where necessary. If the class is cancelled due to a school activity or if the lesson is cancelled by us, a refund will be made after the lesson is missed on receipt of a completed application for refund.
Missed lessons or absences: Credits cannot be given for missed lessons. If you are going to be absent from your lesson you can 'nominate' another family member (or friend) to have that lesson. You must provide us with the name of your 'nominee' prior to the day of the lesson.
From time to time we will forward you information about our promotions by text message or email. If you do not wish to receive the informaton just reply "stop" and you will no longer receive the promotional material.
WITHDRAWAL FROM LESSONS
The lesson time allocated to you when you commence your lessons with us is yours until you advise you no longer require it.
We require 4 weeks notice if you intend to withdraw from lessons. If insufficient notice is given you will still be charged the four week cancellation period.
Notification of cancellation must be made to the Music School Administrator, not to teachers or other Lewis Eady staff members.
TUTOR BOOKS & LESSON MATERIALS
The cost of your lesson book is not included in term fees. Books selected by tutors for their student will be invoiced to parents. Payment is due within seven days, or the books must be returned in original condition within 48 hours.
All purchases are automatically given the 5% music school discount.
Due to copyright law we are unable to photocopy printed material.
2010 TERM DATES
The Music School operates during the following school term dates:
Term 1: Monday February 15 to Thursday April 1 (Singing Rainbows and Great South Rd Music School start February 8)
Term 2: Monday April 19 to Saturday June 26
Term 3: Monday July 19 to Saturday September 25
Term 4: Monday October 11 to Saturday December 11
No lessons Queen's Birthday Weekend (Saturday, June 5 - Monday, June 7)
No lessons Labour Weekend (Saturday October 23 - Monday October 25)
HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES
Please note all holiday programmes are subject to sufficient enrolments being received. Places will be allocated in the order they are received.
Enrolment will be confirmed once payment has been received.
