On the way to stardom, you'll write original songs, perform and record your music and have loads of fun playing in a band with other Rock Stars your age. Our Rock School coaches are all music teachers and experienced band members with Rock Star energy and enthusiasm.
Includes songwriting and instrument tuition on band instruments - drum kit, guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, voice. Recording and performance for family and friends will take place at MAINZ - Music and Audio Institute of New Zealand.
Teacher to band ratio 1:2.
"Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for the wonderful 3 days Ellie has experienced at the Rock Academy this week. It was better than she imagined it would be, and gave great results. Ellie is really a classical studies student with a little piano, a lot of formal choir work and Grade 5 violin. She has enjoyed the more 'out there' aspect of the band this week.
